Thank you so much for the wonderful fishing trip.  Allen and I are back in Indiana.  We haven't stopped talking about our experiences in Newport.  Our muscles still ache from catching so many Blues.  I had lots of luck cooking with the bluefish.  I cleaned away all the dark parts of the huge fillets and then soaked them in salt water.  The first night I marinated some of them in a beer batter and fried them.  The next day I poached the fillets in lemon flavored water until just opaque, then made a fish salad served on toasted Portuguise bread with tomatos. Thanks again for a great time, and let me know if you ever have another fisherperson that screames as much as I did.
